Design Story & Atmosphere
Large metallic-blue petals unfold against black paper while fine white branches trace light across the negative space. The result is mysterious, architectural, and unapologetically dramatic.
❀ Flower Materials
Absorption-dyed Oriental or perfume lilies in cobalt-to-white tones, unopened lily buds, white spiraea or snow-willow branches, dark fern, linear grass, black textured wrapping, and blue ribbon.
❀ Flower Meaning
Blue lily is often used to express uniqueness, deep devotion, mystery, and an unconventional romance; white flowering branches add renewal and hope.
❀ Ideal Occasions & Gifting Moments
A dramatic choice for anniversaries, romantic declarations, artistic birthdays, fashion or editorial celebrations, and other statement-making occasions. Because true lilies are extremely dangerous to cats, choose a pet-safe alternative for recipients who live with cats.
❀ Fragrance
Noticeably sweet and floral as Oriental lily buds open; place in a ventilated room if anyone is fragrance-sensitive.
❀ Allergy & Pet Safety
True lilies are extremely toxic to cats: petals, leaves, stems, pollen, and vase water can cause fatal kidney failure. Dogs may experience stomach upset. Dye may transfer and lily pollen can stain or irritate. Keep completely away from pets.
❀ Expected Vase Life
About 7–10 days, with successive buds opening when well hydrated.
❀ Care Guide
Recut 1–2 cm from each stem at an angle, remove foliage below the waterline, and place in a sanitised vase with fresh water and flower food. Replace water every one to two days, remove fading flowers, and display in a cool area away from direct sun, heat, draughts, ripening fruit, children, and pets.
