Design Story & Atmosphere
Cobalt, violet, blush, lime, and one sharp red accent behave like expressive brushstrokes. Glossy anthurium and spiky thistles disrupt the soft roses, creating a bold modern-art composition.
❀ Flower Materials
Dyed blue roses, green anthurium, dyed blue delphinium, blush and champagne roses, mauve gerbera, purple-white striped tulip, blue eryngium or globe thistle, feverfew daisies, purple lisianthus, red gomphrena, seasonal greenery, and line grass.
❀ Flower Meaning
Blue rose represents uniqueness and the unattainable; anthurium conveys confidence and hospitality; gerbera means cheer; thistle symbolises independence; gomphrena suggests lasting affection.
❀ Ideal Occasions & Gifting Moments
A distinctive birthday, housewarming, gallery-opening, studio-opening, or congratulations gift for an art and design lover. Its unconventional palette also works beautifully as a confidence-boosting self-gift or a modern host arrangement.
❀ Fragrance
Light to moderate, mainly from roses; anthurium, gerbera, and thistles contribute little scent.
❀ Allergy & Pet Safety
Anthurium contains irritating calcium oxalates; tulip and chrysanthemums or feverfew may also be unsafe for pets. Rose thorns and eryngium spines can injure. Dyed petals may transfer colour. Keep away from animals, children, and sensitive skin.
❀ Expected Vase Life
About 5–7 days, with anthurium and thistles often retaining form longer.
❀ Care Guide
Recut 1–2 cm from each stem at an angle, remove foliage below the waterline, and place in a sanitised vase with fresh water and flower food. Replace water every one to two days, remove fading flowers, and display in a cool area away from direct sun, heat, draughts, ripening fruit, children, and pets.
